Payment Terms

We reserve the right to pause or stop work on any project with overdue payments.
All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in your Service Agreement.
Intellectual Property
Our Work Product: Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project (reports, strategies, creative assets, etc.).
Our Tools & Methods: We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, tools, and processes used to create your deliverables.
Your Content: You retain full ownership of any content, data, or materials you provide to us.
Portfolio Rights: Unless you request otherwise in writing, we reserve the right to reference our work together in our portfolio and marketing materials — without disclosing confidential information.
Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously. We will not share your confidential business information with third parties unless:
You give us written permission
We are required by law or legal process.
It's necessary to perform our services (e.g., working with a platform on your behalf).
This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.
Data & Privacy
We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Any data you provide for analytics purposes will be used solely for the agreed-upon project.
